Technicians

You will need:

  • The ability to utilize basic hand tools
  • A familiarity with power tools such as the electric drill, jigsaw & others
  • Common sense & the ability to work well alone or with others
  • Friendly, positive outlook
  • Strong sense of quality-driven work ethics
  • The desire to be very good at what you do
  • Any experience with access control or locksmithing skills, construction, or electrical work are pluses, but not mandatory
What you’ll be doing:
  • Driving a company-outfitted work vehicle to local client locations to provide physical security solutions in locksmith services & access control issues
  • Ensuring client security & peace of mind
  • Installing & repairing locking hardware, safes, door closers, doors & frames, high-security locks & keys, electronic access control, and much more
  • Working with professional clients from the commercial, government, military & retail sectors in different (local) locations throughout the metro-Washington, DC region

Dispatcher / Client Service Within the Communication Center

You will need:

  • The ability & the desire to work with clients & FedLock personnel via radios & telephones
  • The ability to multi-task
  • The initiative to create solutions ‘on the run’

  • A Dispatching or Client Service background is helpful
